Refund and Cancellation Policy

At adsformusic, we specialize in running high-quality Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and YouTube ad campaigns tailored for music artists. We understand that advertising conditions can change unexpectedly, and we’ve designed this refund policy to be transparent and fair to our clients while reflecting the nature of paid advertising platforms.

1. Full Refunds

You are entitled to a 100% refund if we are unable to launch your campaign due to rejection or non-compliance with Meta or YouTube ad policies.

This includes situations where:

  • Your content is restricted by platform guidelines (e.g. prohibited words, adult themes, sensitive visuals).
  • Technical limitations prevent ad delivery before campaign launch.

No service fee is charged in these cases.

2. Partial Refunds (After Launch)

Once your ad campaign has been launched, full refunds are no longer possible. However, if you request to cancel the campaign early, we will:

  • Retain the commission for the campaign setup and management.
  • Refund any unused ad spend, calculated proportionally based on the remaining days of the campaign.

Example: If your ad was scheduled for 10 days, and you cancel after 4 days, we will refund approximately 60% of the ad spend (for the unused 6 days), while the commission remains non-refundable.

3. Performance Guarantee

Some packages may include defined campaign goals (such as impressions, reach, or video views).

If we fail to meet those guaranteed minimum results, you will have two options:

  • Option A: Receive a partial refund of our commission, proportional to the shortfall in results.
  • Option B: Extend your campaign at no additional cost until the promised goals are reached.

This applies only to campaigns where guaranteed delivery targets were explicitly stated in advance.

4. Platform Dependency Notice

Ad performance and approval are subject to the policies and algorithms of Meta and YouTube. adsformusic is not liable for:

  • Sudden changes in ad approval status
  • Platform downtimes
  • Audience behavior or engagement fluctuations

We will always do our best to optimize and troubleshoot campaigns, but these external factors are outside our control.
